Destination websites serve as a source of inspiration and information for travellers, both pre-trip and in-trip. That is why for a large number of destinations, having detailed information on their attractions, experiences, and service providers have been the priority.
Nonetheless, UX is increasingly recognised as a key part of any destination website's development - providing a great experience for the digital user allows them to retain the visitors on the pages for longer and engage with them, increasing purchase possibilities. In this session, we will discuss how the Slovenian Tourist Board and other destinations have been looking at UX within their websites with Creatim.
