The Small Business Fund (SBF) is designed to support any small or medium travel and tourism related business that wishes to attend X Festival 2020. The SBF pass gives you access to all of the festival's main programme for only $18/pass. To be eligible to purchase you need to meet the criteria.

To apply you need to meet the following criteria:
- - Be a small or family-run business
- - Be a tourism operator, experience, accommodation or hospitality provider
- - Have been in business for over a year
- - Have experience challenges due to COVID-19
- - Marketing, management and membership organisations are excluded
- - Being based in the destination
- - Consultancies, vendors and agencies are also excluded
